2. How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time using the following steps:

  • Sign in to “My Account
  • Visit “Account Details” section
  • Enter your current password in the “Current Password” field
  • Enter your new password in the “New Password” field
  • Verify your new password by re-typing it into the “Confirm New Password” field
  • Click the “Save changes” button

3. I forgot password. How to restore access to my account?

4. Why can’t I log in to my account?

  1. Incorrect email or password. Make sure your email address is correct. If you forgot your password, use our password reset page
  2. 20 failed login attempts in a row will result in locking your account. For security reasons, your account will be blocked for 4 hours, then you can try again
  3. An account may be deactivated due to suspicion of fraudulent activity

5. How do I change my personal information?

Here you can change “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Display Name” and “Email address”. Simply change the information as indicated and click the “Save changes” button. If you change your email address, please remember to sign in with your new email address next time. For your safety, personal information can ONLY be changed by the customer from the “My Account” section. Customer Service Staff cannot modify personal information without your consent.

6. What is an “Addresses” section?

An address profile contains information about your billing and shipping addresses. The contact phone number within the address profile will be used by our delivery agent to call the receiver if necessary. It is also printed on the address label when we ship out orders.

7. How do I change my shipping address in my account?

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to “Addresses” section and click “Edit” button.
  • Correct the required fields and click “Save address” button.

8. What is a “Wishlist”?

Use wishlist for products you want to try next time. By adding an product to your “Wishlist” you can keep track of price changes, its availability in stock, and so you don’t have to look for it during your next order. Your favorites are always ready at hand.

9. How do I check my order history?

Go to “Orders” section and click “View” button next to each order.
