Return of the proper quality products

Return procedure of the proper quality products is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January, 9th 2002 № 90-З “About the protection of consumer rights”. Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to exchange and return:

  • perfumes and cosmetics
  • personal care items
  • underwear
  • hosiery
  • manicure and pedicure tools

Return of defective products

Defective products are defined as the expired or damaged product.

Difference in design elements, descriptions is not an indication of defective products. Color shades on the screen of devices may differ from the actual ones due to differences in the color rendering of your monitors and is not a reason for returns and exchanges.

If the Customer received a defective product, he/she has the right to demand an exchange for a similar product or request a refund of the amount paid for the product.

How do I return my purchased items?

We are happy to arrange a replacement or refund of the item’s price. Please return items in their original condition with their original packaging and tags or labels. We may not be able to process your return if the items are not complete or in their original condition. We are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds or returns if you suspect the items caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition.

If you request a replacement but we do not have stock of your items, we will issue a refund of the item’s price instead.

We do our very best to assist with return requests. However, in case of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policies, Beausto’s decision regarding return requests will be final.

Return procedure

  • Start chat with our ChatBot
  • Select Subject – “Return a product”
  • Provide the following information:

– Name of the product(s) you wish to return.
– Indicate the reason for the return.
– Desired refund method (Store Credit + 10% or Credit card)

  • Wait for the operator’s response via chat or email

Send the package to 224005, 1 Pushkinskaya St., Brest, Republic of Belarus, SP Shumeyeu P.V., on demand. We accept only priceless packages. If a package arrives with “Pay on delivery” method, we’ll return it to the sender.

Important: do not send the package until the operator approves the return. It will go back to the sender!

  • Once the package has been shipped, provide us with a tracking number.

Refunds for returned items

Our default refund method is Store Credit + 10% of the refund amount. You can apply Store Credit towards future purchases at Beausto. Store Credit will usually be granted immediately of return processing. You may read more about Store Credit here.

If you wish for a refund on your credit card, we will be happy to do so. Just inform us when requesting a product return that you wish to receive a refund via credit card. Depending on your bank or payment processor, a refund may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, or even longer depending on individual banks.

Responsibility for the return shipping cost of returned items

We will gladly refund the return shipping cost to you in case of:

  • manufacturing defects
  • out of size more than 2 cm (the deviations allowed by GOST)
  • incorrect with the ordered product (size, color, SKU).

However, we will not be able to arrange return shipping refunds for unwanted item or size exchange returns.

In case of cancellation of the order upon receipt, all costs of the online store are reimbursed. According to the decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus № 31 of 15.01.2009 paragraph 16 and 22.
