1. Which countries and regions does Beausto ship to?

2. What is the average delivery time?

Delivery time may vary depending on various circumstances and it is not possible to predict the exact delivery time to a particular country.

The following are approximate delivery times from the shipping date (based on our customer tracking numbers):

  • Belarus: 1-3 days
  • Russia: 3-7 days
  • Asia: 7-30 days
  • Europe: 5-20 days
  • North America: 7-30 days
  • Middle East: 7-30 days
  • Oceania: 15-45 days
  • Southern Africa: 20-45 days

International shipments (Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East, Oceania, Southern Africa) may be delayed an average of 1 to 3 week.

3. When will my order arrive?

In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula:

Estimated delivery time = Product availability + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.

The Expected Ship Out Date is the day that we estimate your order will leave our warehouse, and can be determined using the greatest number of days in the “availability” range of the items in your order.

Usually ships within 1 to 3 daysThis item is in stock and will be shipped out within 1 to 3 working days after you place an order. Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and region of destination.
Usually ships within 3 to 7 daysThis item is in stock at a regional warehouse and will be shipped out within 3 to 7 working days after you place an order. Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and region of destination.
Usually ships within 7 to 14 daysThis item will be sourced from one of our suppliers after you place an order and should arrive in our warehouse and be shipped out within 7 to 14 working days. Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and region of destination.
Out of StockThis item is not in stock and is not currently available from our suppliers.

4. How will my orders be shipped?

Standart Shipping
Orders are delivered via the Local Post Office. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

EMS (Express Mail Service)
Orders are delivered via Local Post Offices or Courier. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

DPD
Orders are delivered via Pickup Points, Parcel Storage Terminals or Courier. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

CDEK
Orders are delivered via Pickup Points, Parcel Storage Terminals or Courier. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

EvroPochta
Orders are delivered via Pickup Points or Courier. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

5. Will my shipment come with a tracking number or code?

All orders shipped using Standard Shipping or EMS come with a tracking number and can be tracked through your local post office.

All orders shipped using DPD, CDEK or EvroPochta also come with a tracking number and can be tracked through the official websites of these carriers.

Tracking numbers and relevant links can be found in “My Account” under the “Orders” section or in emails we send you.

6. What happens to my order if it was unclaimed?

All shipments returned to Beausto are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees that are the same as Beausto’s regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.

7. Where does Beausto ship its orders from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses located in Belarus.
