Royal Snail

The Royal Snail skin care line is based on two main ingredients that are present in each product:

1. Royal Snail Mucin, which is responsible for:

• reduction of the number and depth of wrinkles
• facial contour lifting effect
• increase in skin hydration
• visible increase in skin elasticity

In products of the Royal Snail series, Vitex brand used black royal snail mucin. This is a special type of mucin, which is extracted from the rare species of African black snails (Achatinafulica). These snails are much more active and larger in size than common snails. Research has shown that the moisturising, nourishing and anti-ageing properties of black mucin are superior to those of the snail.

2. Niacinamide in an effective concentration that effectively:

• reduces pigmentation
• tightens pores
• evens out the complexion

Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 (vitamin PP). Its deficiency causes skin dryness and peeling, deterioration of capillary walls, decrease in the activity of collagen and elastin synthesis.

All products of the Royal Snail series have a high concentration of niacinamide which makes it possible to compensate the deficiency of this valuable component in the skin.
