PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil

Safe mild emulsifier with a wide range of cosmetic action and excellent solvent characteristics, which allows the introduction of bio-substances (assets) that are particularly difficult to introduce in water-alcohol solutions.

Hydrogenated castor oil is a non-ionic, effective solubilizer obtained by hydrogenation from castor oil. Its appearance is that of a water-soluble, viscous substance with a light yellow color in warm water. The cosmetic concentration ranges from 2 to 90% (depending on the type of cosmetic):

Tonics / Lotions up to 6%;
Bath pralines up to 25%;
Hydrophilic oils up to 35%.
