Using our Search Engine

For Desktop Users:
Input search keywords for the item in the Search Box located in the header next to the logo then select from the drop-down results or click Enter. Browse the search results to find the item that you’re looking for.

For Mobile Users:
Tap the search icon at the top right of the screen. Input keywords into the search field then select from the drop-down results or tap the search icon on your virtual keyboard to start the search. Browse the search results to find the item that you’re looking for.

Using our Browsing Links

For Desktop Users:
You can browse our products by category or custom taxonomies (like brand, ingredients, purpose etc.) located in menu of the navigation bar and in the left-hand column of the product browsing pages.

For Mobile Users:
Tap the hamburger menu icon at the top left of the screen. Browse by selecting one of the provided categories or custom taxonomies.

2. Do I need to know the full name of an item to search?

No, it is not necessary for you to know the full name of the item. As long as you have input search keyword(s), our search engine will locate all items containing the keyword(s) and display the results based on relevance. The more keywords you enter, the more specific the results will be. Alternatively, you can browse by category or custom taxonomies (like brand, ingredients, purpose etc.) through the filter links on the left-hand column of the front pages.

3. Do capital letters affect search results?

Our search engine is not case-sensitive, so capital letters do not affect the search results.

4. Which mobile devices and operating systems are compatible with the Beausto website?

The Beausto website is compatible with any device and operating system (Android, iOS, Windows etc.)

5. Which browsers does Beausto support?

Beausto was built using web standards and runs on iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux or any other device with a supported up-to-date browser. You’ll have access to the latest features on Beausto, and receive improved security and performance.

6. What is the wishlist?

You can access your Wishlist by adding an item to it and clicking Browse wishlist button or follow the link.

7. How do I enable JavaScript in my browser?

Because our browsing and shopping features require interactive browser functionality, you may have to enable JavaScript in your browser to ensure that our features work as expected. Instructions for enabling JavaScript vary by browser and are listed below.

Google Chrome

  • On the web browser menu click on the furthest right icon “Customize and control Google Chrome” and select “Settings.”
  • In the “Settings” section click on the “Show advanced settings” link at the bottom.
  • Under the “Privacy” click on the “Content settings” button.
  • Under the “JavaScript” heading, select the “Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)” radio button.
  • Close the Settings window using the “Done” button.
  • Close the “Settings” tab.
  • Refresh the page.

Apple Safari

  • On the web browser menu click on the “Edit” button and select “Preferences.”
  • In the “Preferences” window select the “Security” tab.
  • Under “Web content” mark the “Enable JavaScript” checkbox.
  • Refresh the page.

Mozilla Firefox

  • In the address bar, type about:config and press Enter.
  • Click “I’ll be careful, I promise” if a warning message appears.
  • In the search box, search for javascript.enabled.
  • Toggle the “javascript.enabled” preference (right-click and select “Toggle” or double-click the preference) to change the value from “false” to “true.”
  • Refresh the page.

Internet Explorer

  • On the web browser menu click the “Tools” icon and select “Internet Options.”
  • Click the “Security” tab > “Custom Level.”
  • In the Scripting section, click “Enable” for “Active Scripting.”
  • In the dialog box that appears, click “Yes.”
  • Refresh the page.

Edge
JavaScript is supported by the Microsoft Edge web browser. However, it might have been disabled in your browser by an administrative setting. If you encounter a JavaScript error in Edge:

  • On the More menu (…), select “Open with Internet Explorer.”
  • Follow the procedures for Internet Explorer.

8. How do I enable Cookies in my browser?

Google Chrome

  • On the web browser menu click on the furthest right icon “Customize and control Google Chrome” and select “Settings.”
  • In the “Settings” section click on the “Show advanced settings” link at the bottom.

  • Check “Accept cookies from sites.”
  • Using the “Accept third-party cookies” drop-down list, select “Always.”
  • Close the “Options” tab and refresh the page.

Internet Explorer

  • On web browser menu click the “Tools” icon and select “Internet Options.”
  • Click the “Privacy” tab > “Advanced.”
  • Click “Override automatic cookie handling” in the “Advanced Privacy Settings” dialog box.
  • Click “Accept” under “First-party Cookies.”
  • Click “Accept” under “Third-party Cookies.”
  • Click “OK” and refresh the page.

Edge

  • On the More menu (…), select “Settings.”
  • Click on “View Advanced Settings.”
  • Using the “Cookies” drop-down list, select “Don’t Block Cookies.”
  • Refresh the page.
