1. What is Guest Checkout?
Guest Checkout allows customers to make Beausto purchases without having to register for a Beasuto account.
To use Guest Checkout, simply add your selected items to the shopping cart and click checkout. You still need to enter your payment details and address to complete the purchase.
After placing an order, you can visit the Order Tracking page on our site. Input both Order ID and the Email Address to view the specific order information.
(Note: We strongly suggest that customers use a valid email address when placing orders to receive updates and notifications regarding your purchases.)
2. Will my shipping and payment information be saved when I place an order as a Guest?
Shipping and payment information provided when placing an order as a Guest will not be saved. A Guest needs to input the details each time they place orders.
4. Will I be able to write product reviews for my Guest Orders?
Yes, you can write reviews without any restrictions.
5. Can I use a coupon with my orders when using Guest Checkout?
No, coupons cannot be applied on orders placed using Guest Checkout. If you wish to use a coupon with your order, please register to become a Beausto member.
6. Your return policy states that all returns will be issued in Store Credit. Will Guests be able to use the credit for their next purchase?
Beausto Store Credit is issued to registered Beausto members as a refund method. All Beausto Credit will expire 2 years after it has been granted to your account.
Guests will only be issued refunds for their orders in the original payment method they selected. If we can’t provide a refund in your original payment method, we may consider other modes of refund.
7. I have placed an order already using Guest checkout but have since registered the email as a Beausto account. Why can’t I see this order listed in the Orders section of My Account?
Unfortunately, Guest Orders will not be listed under a Beausto Member’s Orders section. Guest Orders can only be checked using a Order Tracking page.

8. If I register as a Beausto member, will I be able to obtain benefits from my previous or current Guest Orders?
As Guest Orders expressly do not offer the benefits given to orders placed using a registered Beausto account, we will not retroactively award benefits even if the customer opens a registered Beausto account later.
