1. How do I register to be a Beausto member?

Registering to become a Beausto member is easy. Click “My Account” on the navigation header, provide Email address, set Password and click “Register” button. The process is simple and should only take a few moments.

2. What is the shopping cart?

The shopping cart works just like a shopping cart in a physical store. While you are browsing website, it holds the items you wish to purchase. You can review the items in your shopping cart whenever you wish by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon at the very top of the page.

3. Why can’t I use the shopping cart?

You may need to enable JavaScript and Cookies in your web browser to use the shopping cart feature.

4. How many items can the shopping cart hold?

There is no limit to the number of items you can place into your shopping cart. For easy management, we recommend that you do not place more than 100 items.

5. Why can’t I add items to my shopping cart?

You may have disabled ‘cookies’ in your browser.

6. Can I save my shopping cart items for later?

Yes, use the Wishlist for this. First, make sure you are signed in so that our system can save items to your Wishlist. While you’re browsing website you able to put items to your Whislist by clicking the Heart icon to the right of each item or “Add to wishlist” link under “Add to cart” button on each product page.

You can access your Wishlist by adding an item to it and clicking Browse wishlist button or follow the link.

If you can’t add items to the Wishlist, please double check your browser settings and make sure that you have enabled cookies (refer to the above for instructions).

7. Can I add items after I’ve placed an order?

Yes, but replacing items will delay the processing of your order. Please contact us via Internal Ticket System (visit “Orders” section and click “Get Help” button. If you used guest checkout, visit this section) and provide the necessary information.

If your order has already been shipped out, we cannot replace or add items to your order.

8. Can I change the shipping address after I’ve placed an order?

Once your order has been placed, you can’t change the shipping address from “My Account“. If your order has not yet shipped, however, you may be able to make the necessary change by contacting us via Live Chat or Internal Ticket System.

If your order has already been shipped out, the shipping address cannot be changed.

9. Can I cancel items after I’ve placed an order?

Once an order has been placed, we do not allow for order or item cancellation. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before confirming your order.

10. What does “Product Availability” mean?

The Availability of an item is an estimate of how long it will take before it is shipped out to a customer. Please note that Availability DOES NOT indicate the amount of time it will take for an item or order to reach the customer. Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and region of destination. For estimated delivery times, see the “Shipping & Payment” page.

These are the Availability statuses that you will find on our products, cart and checkout pages:

Usually ships within 1 to 3 daysThis item is in stock and will be shipped out within 1 to 3 working days after you place an order. Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and region of destination.
Usually ships within 3 to 7 daysThis item is in stock at a regional warehouse and will be shipped out within 3 to 7 working days after you place an order. Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and region of destination.
Usually ships within 7 to 14 daysThis item will be sourced from one of our suppliers after you place an order and should arrive in our warehouse and be shipped out within 7 to 14 working days. Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and region of destination.
Out of StockThis item is not in stock and is not currently available from our suppliers.

If payment verification is made on the order, availability time is measured from the day the order is approved for processing.

11. When will my order items be available?

Most of our items are in stock and ready for purchase. You can check an item’s availability status on its product page. Please note, however, that availability information is estimated and there is a slight chance restocking may be delayed. If your order contains both items that are in stock and items that need to be restocked, typically your order will be shipped out all together when the restocked items are available.

12. What if my order items are not in stock?

We will try our best to restock the items you ordered as soon as possible. If the items are no longer available, we will inform you promptly and cancel the items from your order. Any amount owed from the cancelled items will be refunded to you.

13. What if I ordered more than one quantity of the same item?

There is a chance that we will not have enough physical stock when you order multiple quantities of a single item. In these cases, your order may take a longer time (for example 1 to 3 days or 7 to 14 days availability) to arrange sourcing of the additional quantities. If our suppliers are unable to provide more of that item, an email notification will be sent to you regarding cancellation of the additional quantities.

14. What are Clearance category?

In the Clearance category there are products with an expiring date and are sold at a big discounts.

There may be a limited number of products in stock, and once they are sold out, they will no longer be available until our suppliers make those products available again.

15. Why is the price of my ordered item different from the price indicated now?

Product prices fluctuate on a daily basis due to various reasons:

  • Costs from our suppliers and manufacturers may fluctuate due to supply and demand.
  • Promotions are launched on a daily basis and therefore may result in products having different prices at different periods in time.
  • For sale items, prices may change during the sale period at any time without notice.

As prices may change frequently, we will only honor the price indicated on the website at the time of ordering. Requests for refund of price differences will not be entertained after an order has been placed.
